Percussion Massage Guns

Picked one up at Costco a couple of weeks ago ($140 @Costco, $200 on Amazon) and am wondering how I ever lived without one. I'm big into using foam rollers and similar devices for injury prevention, deep tissue massage and recovery but this thing is a game-changer. I've had muscle spasms and scar tissue issues for years and foam rollers were unable to give me any lasting relief but after using this thing for a couple of weeks I feel volumes better. Before using I watched quite a few YouTube videos on how to use it properly and I would highly suggest it. A very slick device & useful when used properly.
