Peloton alternatives

Any decent alternatives to a peloton?
Currently have a full garage gym with echo bike, ski erg, rower, full rack and weights set, and all kinds of other accessories, but looking to add a spinning bike to the mix.
I like the idea of riding inside when it’s too cold or way too hot in the garage and I love the idea of competing with others, classes, different riding scenes on apps, etc.
However, since this will never be my primary source of working out, I’m not wild about having to pay the $40 monthly subscription for peloton.
Any good options out there for a quality bike similar to peloton, but without the monthly subscription, or at least one that’s much less?

Buy cheaper spin bike and use Peloton digital app on phone, tablet, or Peloton app on Roku. It’s like $20 a month that way
Or..get the bike. For that $40 a month you can have multiple users on the bike. And all of you have access to digital app. Peloton has a ton of non spin content as well(running, boot camp, strength classes, yoga, meditation, Pilates, etc). All included.

If you have a regular bike you can buy a smart trainer and get a Zwift sub for $15. I just finished a Zwift ride a few minutes ago.

Ifit syncs up with Proform and Norditrack bikes. It's what we use.

Could get a bike erg with the Zwift app. Since you already have the other ergs you can link them up if you want to do an ergathon. Concept 2 has great customer service and is very durable. I had a bike erg until I recently sold it - can confirm it was a good bike, at least for me.

If you’re a cyclist just looking for another indoor option, kickr and zwift

get a real bike and a trainer (it doesn't need to be a "smart" trainer). as long as you also buy a cheap cadence sensor and speed sensor you can pair it with zwift or trainer road to get "virtual" power data.
ride inside when the weather is shite, ride outside when it's nice (though you will not get credit for keeping rule # 9).
