Pain under shoulder blade

Anyone ever have this? It’s a major bitch
I have thoracic outlet syndrome and had surgery on my Pec minor 5 months ago
I get these dull pains below my shoulder blade and under my armpit and it hurts like hell. I get shortness of breath with it too
Any of this sound familiar? Don’t know how to fix it

Feels like a knot?
I used the manta ray squat bar attachment for squats a while back and that was causing nerve pinching.
It still comes and goes because I have a shitty disc between C6-C7. I use my Saunders cervical decompression device a few times per week as PM on my neck.
