Omega 3s, Fats, Hair Health

Not much of a question here, but just wanted to bring up a conversation. Back in February I started cutting while following the leangains macros calculator with 55% protein. My fats were pretty low at 32g per day. I wasn't super strict on weekends as I would have alcohol without tracking and obviously couldn't track when I would go out to restaurants, but in anticipation for nights out I would usually under eat around them to stay close. I cut for about 5-6 months while switching to maintenance about one week out of every 6. About 3 months in I started to get dandruff for the first time in my life but didn't think much of it. But earlier this week I was taking progress photos and noticed my hair line has definitely receded over the last 6 months and the crown of my head is thinning. I'm in my late 20s so it could be attributed to getting older but I'm thinking my lack of Omega 3's may have had something to do with it. My hair definitely doesn't look as healthy as it used to either. I was also not getting enough sleep so it could be this as well.
I was listening to Ben Greenfield and he recommended pumpkin seeds for selenium intake, supplementing with zinc, iodine, iron, and ashwagandha as well as washing your hair with saw palmetto and peppermint oil. Something about helping prevent the formation of DHT and to keep the DHT from building in the hair follicle. I might give this a shot, but I really feel like it's probably attributed to my low fat intake. Lesson Learned.
Anyone know how you can monitor the omega 3:6 ratios in your foods?

Male pattern baldness is highly genetic. Is this a common theme in your family?

No, not really. I mean none of the old guys in my family have great hair but none of them lost it early either.
