Can someone tell me more about Nutrim? Does it really lower cholesterol?

It did lower mine. It is a powder with virtually no taste, so can be mixed with liquids or even many foods. It is made of a form of oats that can help lower cholesterol. I put a small amount of RO water with it in foods.
It is 30 calories per scoop and you can take between three and eight scoops a day. I seemed to do better when taking 6-7 scoops, spread out during the days.
Apologies, I have not been on this Health/Fitness Board for the last few months, or I would have responded sooner.
