Numb outer elbow and fingers

Anyone have a clue what this is? My google research says it sounds like tennis elbow. It doesn't hurt, but it feels like my left arm is asleep and it starts at my outer elbow. If I apply pressure to it, it's somewhat sensitive, but not incredibly so.
Anyone have a clue what this is? I've been doing a bunch of pull-ups so Idk if maybe that's a factor. Perhaps I should scale back. It doesn't really hurt and doesn't appear to have lost major grip strength, just feels weird AF.

Quit wacking for a few days, it'll go away.
Seriously though, just take it easy on the pullups and lifting for a few days and see if that helps any.

Sounds like ulnar nerve entrapment, esp if your pinky and half your ring finger are going numb. Usually entrapped at the elbow, but can be entrapped at wrist, and muscles in forearm.

I'll bet you are tight everywhere that matters here.
Tight traps? Tight triceps? Forward-head-on-neck?
On your pull-ups, how do your elbows track at the top? A lot of people fault by turning the movement into a half assed face pull at the top, elbows jutting forward. Keep them back.

ulnar nerve entrapment
I've had mine moved in my elbow. It helped but now when my arm is resting on my work desk it will go numb bc of where the nerve is now

Yea I had to keep my arm straight by my side all day and couldn't have it bent 90 degrees on my desk.
So weird.

I had my ulnar moved in my elbow as well. Hurt to type and would get tingling in the pinky and ring finger.
I would get it checked out. its an easy procedure

Is everybody ruling out a herniated cervical disc?
