Anyone use these before . They're stupid expensive to own, but sitting in a pair at my sports-chiro right now after a tough bike workout yesterday. It's pretty awesome feeling. Like that same good feeling you get after foam rolling, but skipping to painful rolling.

Yep I’ve used them at my local cryotherapy place. They are awesome but stupid expensive.

As a professional triathlete I use them daily. They are really helpful and especially when used consistently which is pretty easy to do because you can sit in bed and watch a Netflix episode. I have tried a whole bunch of units too, but Normatec is awesome and premier brand!!!! If you can't afford them there are other great options. I wrote a comparison of what I consider the best alternative at a much lower price point. You can reply here with any questions, or just message thru my own site. Hope this helps. Happy recovery!!!

Thomas Gerlach from slowtwitch showing up on tigerdroppings? I post there under the same name. Posted on this site well before starting triathlon and still like to ask things outside of the Slowtwitch echo chamber once in a while. I've read your review in the past. Tempted to get the air relax, but that's still pricey for my current involvement in the hobby. Do have to admit my long ride the next day after using Normatec made me question my power meter calibration it was so easy.
