As a professional triathlete I use them daily. They are really helpful and especially when used consistently which is pretty easy to do because you can sit in bed and watch a Netflix episode. I have tried a whole bunch of units too, but Normatec is awesome and premier brand!!!! If you can't afford them there are other great options.
