Anybody here have any experience with this supplement? Supposed to be great for energy, metabolism, cell health, etc. Thinking about giving it a try.
NMN is a main precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), an essential coenzyme for vital cellular physiological activities such as metabolism, cell death, aging, DNA repair, gene expression, and neuroinflammation

Yes. Made my heart race. Don’t take at night.

Huberman and Peter Attia did a relatively deep dive into NMN on Huberman’s podcast that was released July 29th. Worth a listen

If I recall correctly from Huberman it has a build up time in your system to see all the benefits. I can say that I noticed a cognitive “push” on days after my toddlers kept me up all night, where I would normally hit a brick wall in the afternoon and get another cup of coffee. Also, as odd as it sounds, I definitely noticed a better recall of numbers during my work day. At some points I would quickly glance at a long number intending to go back to it to get it, and could recall it perfectly, asking myself “how the hell did I remember that I barely glanced at it.”
Anecdotal, but take it for what it’s worth.
