Looking to start working out at home again instead of at the gym due to time constraints and kids. Does anyone have any recommendations for decent set of bumper plates and a bar? I used to have a Rouge bar and HiTemp plates but not looking to spend that much this time if I don't have too. Also looking for a squat rack with a pull-up bar, but can probably find one used for cheap.

I don't know anything about bumper plates though.

ETA: haha sorry typo. I meant start instead of stay

Getrxd.com has inexpensive bars and bumpers. I've been using one of their bars for over 3 years now in my garage gym.

I mentioned earlier that Wright Equipment is the main rig/weight supplier for the Deep South Shootout later this year in Gonzalez.

You can buy the equipment used at the event at a discount and you don't have to pay shipping.
