I underwent radical prostate surgery in 2013 I stayed Cancer free until 2016 I was subjected to 45 radiation treatments...I was then chemically castrated w/injections of Depro Depot
I gained weight being lethargic probably 25-30#. I feel it wearing off I’ve dropped 20# in 6 weeks being active and paying attention to diet.
Where to go for additional help recovering. Doc says uphill battle at age 69 testosterone production slows and I’m trying to restart my
Life. Health club? I sure could use some help.

Did your doctor talk about TRT or testosterone injections? Seems like that would be beneficial for you. Ftr, I’m not a doctor.

Doc resisted any replacement therapy didn’t want to take the chance to aggregate previous condition. Prostate cancer thrives on testosterone.
Watching diet better, effort toward better sleep.

Find another doctor who knows more about this, yours doesn't and he's dispensing outdated information
