Weightvest and a 25 kettlebell will enable you to kill yourself quickly if you want to
Push ups
Sit ups
Air squats
Lunges
Goblet squats
One arm press
Curls (if you’re into that kind of thing)

Go to crossfit.com and you'll probably get a good short workout. New wod each day. Some workouts will require equipment, but you can scroll through the days and find one you'll be able to do.
