I’m a bigger guy, 28 years old, I’ve always fluctuated weight. About 6’2 260 right now. Of course, Jogging and eating right has always worked, but I’m trying to lose more weight faster this time around.

Any diet or certain exercise tips? Jogging miles everyday still takes a while to lose the weight for me.

One meal a day combined with the rapid fatloss handbook diet. There is a thread here on it.

Combined with daily hour walk while fasted and heavy lifting there eats a week. Preferably greyskull lp.

People on the keto diet have shown that it leads to rapid weight loss. I'm not sure if there's valid scientific evidence that it's a healthy long term plan, but if you're looking for a diet that would help, keto is the way to go.

However, it's ultimately about calories in vs. calories out. Keto is an easy way to control this as eating fatty proteins all day will keep you satiated. But any diet that gives you a 300-500 calorie restriction per day will lead to fairly rapid weight loss. Cutting more than 500 calories from your diet might lead to health issues, fatigue issues, and irritability.

I think the best thing for you is to lose the word "fast" from your mindset. Weight loss is not a quick process. It's best done as a lifestyle change or you're just going to keep rollercoaster-ing with your weight.

And jogging and exercise don't burn as many calories as you think. I train for marathons and can eat 3000 calories per day to maintain my current weight. That's not really that much more food than when I wasn't marathon training.

I lost 10lbs in two days with food poisoning. Can’t go wrong with that.

Not eating trash + lifting heavy things

Trash can mean a variety of things though

You literally eat less. Excercise is a very small cruch when managing weight
