Looking for some type of weight lifting program and/or app that can help me mold some type of gym routine. I've been out the game for a while, but recently joined a new gym nearby. Just looking for something that can put some kind of weight lifting routine together for me to follow. Not looking for anything insane, just a reasonable workout for someone who's been out of the game for a while. Thanks for any advice you all can spare.

I was in your same situation and started doing Greyskull. I love it. If you search Greyskull Tigerdroppings you can get a ton of info.
