Need help figuring out numbers for IIFYM

honestly avatar if you are up for paying $10/month. If not you can use LINK and play with the percentages.
Main thing is track your numbers off of a 2 week average weighing everyday and adjust as needed.

Everything I eat is based on a multiplier from what I want to weigh. If i want to weigh 170 and am cutting, 1.5x BW in protein, .5x BW in carbs and fats. It just depends on what you're trying to do. This is a pretty simple way to do it so it's probably better to do one of the programs like avatar, but after a while you'll get a good handle on what you need to be doing for various purposes.
