How heavy are the probiotics? What reps/sets are you doing with them?

Jk, silver colloidal is some good stuff that knocks colds out quick.

I get the vegetable capsules and only use after I have been on antibiotics

Also ALIVE vitamins are good.

Also my MIL got a UTI that antibiotics wouldn't touch. L-Mannose worked for her.

I don't know if probiotics are legit or not but I know that since I started taking them about 6 months ago I have not had a single Diverticulitis attack. Before probiotics I was getting about 3 to 4 a year and this is after I had a colon resection to get rid of the really bad parts of my colon.

Get the kind I posted. Renew Life. They have the veg coating so they survive the digestive track and WORK!

When I started taking probiotics, my stomach issues mostly went away as well. I thought it was a miracle. But.. I simultaneously cut way back on drinking alcohol and significantly decrease my portions in food I was eating. I haven't bought a new bottle of probiotics and I feel as good as I did when I was taking them because I still limit my drinking and still eat small portions.

I still think they're great, but I'm not sure they alone is what helped me.

I think they really help occasionally. I heard all the yogurt and craze of probiotics don't work all that well.

The probiotic needs a vegetable coating to survive digestive and really do you good.

What do ya'll think of colon cleanses? BS or detoxes?
