As a guy who’s big into grip training (I train it 3x per week) and have major goals in grip and a member of the gripboard, this guy is one of my idols.

Some of his feats....

He’s pinched two 45 pound plates (flat sides out), he’s also done this with 55-pound plates
Lifted the inch dumbbell (and has cleaned it)
Lifted the millennium dumbbell
Closed the captains of crush #4 with a credit card set (only person on Earth who can do that)
Closed GHP Level 9 Gripper with a block set
Closed GHP 10 Gripper (only person in the world who can close it)
Lifted 308 pounds on the rolling thunder
Plate curled a 45 pound plate (anyone here with access to a 45 pound plate can try this)

He’s on instagram and has YouTube videos. His grip strength is ungodly.

One of my favorite things to do is a single arm hang while pinching a plate with the other hand.

So you're hanging off the pullup bar for this?
