Masks at LSU Lakes?

This feels like a stupid question, but are people wearing masks to walk/run the lakes these days? I’ve been sticking to my neighborhood since the mandate went into effect. I really want to go back to running there on the weekends, but i cannot possibly run in a mask. I just want to make sure it’s not a thing before i get out there and have to turn around and run in my neighborhood.

Masks are not required outside. Even if you see people wearing masks, you absolutely do not have to wear one while running the lakes.

People are wearing masks to run and cycle but maybe they have underlying conditions that makes them want to be extra careful. It's not required though.
