I have had a dull pain in my lower right side of my back. Feels like it’s right outside of my Thoracolumbar fascia (yes I had to google that)

Nothing completely debilitating, but seems to really tighten up at times and can be a problem. No arm pain, no leg pain, and no other back pain. Please tell me I don’t have a herniated disc....

Well I can tell you it’s not a herniated disc. You’d be in considerable pain.

It's most likely a disc if it's been going on for some time and flares up and gets better than comes back. Definitely not SI joints if it's between lumbar and thoracic area.
