Are they allowed on this board? I see the strength check in threads and the running check in threads, but not many workout logs.
I've been hovering between 195-200 for about 2 weeks now and I feel like I've stalled my weight loss due to a lack of motivation. A thread to hold myself accountable could be useful.

Strength thread pretty much serves as a log book. I’d suggest you join the crew.

I dont do much strength work yet.
Doing BW exercises until I hit my goal weight and then gonna start resistance training again.
