I was. It does a really good job of letting you know what your strengths/weaknesses are and what you need to work on to progress in certain WODs. Also helps a lot when trying to scale certain workouts and takes a lot of guesswork out. IMO it's a pretty good system

I’m in the middle of the testing now. Some of the tests are pretty tough.

Do you mind explaining it more? Tried to get info from their website but it was all just a sales pitch.

There are 5 groups with 3 tests in each group. According to how well/fast/heavy you complete the test, you'll fall in color category for each test. After you've completed all the tests, it provides you with an overall fitness level and highlights your areas of strength and weakness. Colors start with white, then go to yellow, orange, blue, purple, brown, black, and red. Each color has different levels as well. Red is Elite and very difficult to attain in almost every test.

Few examples of tests: (there are 15 total)

Rowing for distance for 20 minutes
Deadlift (1-rep max)
Kettlebell swings for 10 minutes
Squat Endurance
Upper Body Pull

10 minute KB swings is absolutely brutal. If you haven't done it yet, you have to hit a certain number of reps each minute (14, 16, 18, 20, etc) with your given weight. The first couple minutes are easy and will make you start to think you could do more. Do not fall for this trap. Break up the reps early even if you don't think you need to. We had a guy get all the way to minute 9/10 doing 20 reps per minute then could not physically finish. The last set ended up doing maybe 4-5 reps. Ended up not even getting a level and had to re-do the test the next week. Same thing happened to me with core endurance lol.

What are the goals on this to be, say, intermediate plus, which I would assume is purple/black?

I was told that I should try to finish my reps in 30-35 seconds to make sure I have enough rest. I’m not looking forward to that test. Seems brutal.
