Lent Challenge

Well guys, hold the fort down during Lent. Taking my annual break from Facebook and TD.
I'll leave with this as a last word. This is for those serious and looking to get shredded as quick as possible
-Greyskull aesthetics program -use rpt if you are past lp statge
-Hard Conditioning for 10-12 min twice weekly
-working the fasted walking(360 challenge)
-work the frequency method
***Diet
-cals- BW*10
-Protein-30%
-Fat-60%
-Carbs-10%(minimum 2 cups green veggies daily)
Keep it simple and create 2 or 3 menus, stick the frick to it. Worry about weekly calories, daily protein and eat the hell out of veggies and no other sources of carbs.
It's only 6 weeks. You can have a cheat MEAL after 3 weeks and then after the 6. Stick the hell to it, get strong as hell and look the best you ever have.
Good luck guys no matter what your goals are, catch y'all on the flip side.
