I live in Houston, so it's pretty much been Memorial Hermann or Methodist for 20 years. Typical medical care. I've worked for Baylor Scott & White in North Texas. I never realized KS was a presence until May when I got on a new plan.
Working with them makes me feel like I'm in a slice of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Polite, plenty of parking, efficient, doc spending 20+ minutes with me. Getting text reminders of appointments while I'm standing at the scheduling desk creating the appointment, etc. I give them an MRI CD, they scan it two hours after I give it to them, not three weeks later. It feels like sorcery compared to dealing with Memorial Hermann where I had to spend an extra day as an inpatient because a nurse flagged my to be reviewed too late, etc.
Their records system is the most tightly integrated I've ever seen at a health provider, besides H-E-B. Those beautiful bastards pulled my RX history in seconds to fill a scrip five minutes before they closed.

not sure who they are but I can say the Baylor department of urology is like that. Ill drive in for my appointment and give my blood for all the testing....ill be on the way home and will be getting alerts that test results are available. it will already have notes from the doctor, comparisons to the previous test, trend lines and any adjustments that need to be made. with 2 days all test are back and loaded with notes.....its so refreshing.

I've been going to Kelsey since I moved to Houston (except for the couple of years that BCBS was in a fight with them). So many locations, so many doctors.
My only complaint is getting a first appointment with a specialist. Sometimes its weeks or months; however, I recently found that calling the nurse's desk directly can result in them filling you in the same day due to no shows. Also, if urgent, you can usually find someone in a more rural area within a 45-minute drive with openings.

United Health now owns Kelsey which is why you see them expanding so much. Not sure if that has anything to do with their service levels but it could.
