I'm constantly plagued by a build-up of plaque on my tongue. I brush in the morning and at night, including my tongue. I chew gum containing xylitol, too. None of that makes the issue any better. Can anyone offer tips on how to keep plaque off the tongue or best ways to remove it?

Hydrogen peroxide. One cap full at night, swish like mouth wash, then brush teeth after

Thanks! Should the hydrogen peroxide be diluted with water or used as is?

I squirt it right in my mouth from the bottle lol. It doesn’t have a taste, just don’t swallow it.

Three percent is fine and it will keep your teeth white...good stuff. Now the 30% is what real pain feels like.

What color is it? Do you use a steroid inhaler or using antibiotics lately?

It's white. I've never used an inhaler and haven't taken antibiotics. It's a constant issue.

How’s your diet and stress level? May be as a result of candida overgrowth.

Have you tried a dedicated tongue scraper? They work better than just brushing your tongue.

Both could be better.
