Guess it depends on the context of meal prepping
You looking for healthy, convenient ways to stick to your nutrition plan or are you just looking for the tastiest recipe you can find?

If you're trying to eat healthy, I'd keep it here.

I dont really have a nutrition plan. Ill shoot from the hip here.
Right now the only meal I prep for is breakfast I bring to work. So far Ive experimented making simple burritos and breakfast bowls, but Im kind of a biscuit junky. I usually bring one Jimmy Dean sausage and egg biscuit to work each week, but was thinking about making a homemade biscuit to replace this. Im sure I can make something healthier than Jimmy Dean. Anyone meal prep homemade biscuits? Do they freeze worth a damn? The burritos I make are fine as long as I take the out the freezer the night before, otherwise they wont heat well in the microwave. I dont have to have the most delicious biscuit possible, just a decent one thats not pumped full of sodium and whatever else they throw in those froozen ones.
