As I was going to the movies the other day, I saw a storefront for an Irontribe Fitness in the same shopping center. After a brief research session, it APPEARS to me that this is a Crossfit type establishment.
Is this a fair assessment or does it offer something different than a typical Crossfit gym? We've done Crossfit and have no desire to do it again.

Very similar. I performed music at one of their celebration parties and it was cultish.
