For those of you here that use these, how often do you use it? How long at a time? At what angle to you place yourself at?

Just whenever I want to get a good back stretch in, want to get some blood flowing in the back, or feel a little tweak.
It does not take me long at all to feel better, maybe 2-3 minutes.
I'm sure better machines are more comfortable on the ankles, but the ankle pull has more to do with the angle than anything else for me. Plenty of benefits even at say 45 degrees. My daughter can go full inversion no problem, I'm probably somewhere right in the middle of those where I'm comfortable.
Highly recommended. I don't use mine a ton, but I'm always glad it is there.

I deal with a pinched nerve issue off and on as I get older. Tried chiropractic and it helped some. Can’t go back to that right now due to time constraints at work. Got a shot and some pills. Hope that gives me relief

I like this thing just as much. If you can lift your body weight on top of this roller and just roll front and back it does one hell of a job getting into your back.

Some Chiropractors have a decompression table which I think is better. The heavier you are, the more gravity takes effect when you are hanging upside down. With a decompression table you can adjust the tension over time.
