yes by becoming more neurologically effecient at the exercise and more effecient with form, specific leverages you may have and through increasing the relfex "bounce" out of the hole.

Good work on changing your workout habits and busting arse in the gym. Those are great habits to I grain. Like others have said, you need to commit to transforming the way you eat and track calories in and macros. Combined with your workouts you will see a huge boost in fat loss.
