Damn. Can I slam a couple caffeine pills? I work out in a fasted state during lunch. I’m not sure I could function without caffeine.

Only in relation of the health benefits of fasting. Has no bearing on body composition.

Depends, if you are only looking for the health benefits of iF, then no. If body comp through calorie control, then have the coffee or the pills.
