Increasing carbs

I want to get to 400g of carbs on lifting days but I just can't see how people do it without eating shite foods. Currently I put my eggs on a sandwich in the morning and have some Oatmeal, usually have some white rice and veggies with lunch and dinner, and a baked potato before I lift. I snack on things like beef jerky or oranges most days which adds a bit but not much. I'm usually topping out at about 300g a day. I hate buying a lot of fruits because they don't last very long so I end up eating them all in 3 days and not having any until I go back to the store. I also don't handle dairy too well so I keep that low. What are some of your favorite ways to add carbs to your meals?

Potatoes and rice. There are many ways to cook and prepare them.

I eat a huge bowl of iso, berries, and oatmeal right after I am done lifting and another pretty big bowl of whey, oatmeal, toasted oats in the evening. Add in rice and sweet potatoes (one or the other) for every other meal that I eat, along with fruits and granola, and I am usually good on my carbs.

First, your adjectives need to say “lots” instead of “some” if those are the foods you’re limiting yourself to.

Rice rice and more rice.
Also, you could buy a tub of dextrose powder and add it to your water. Drink this while you lift

Easiest way is rice. Just slowly push your intake up. 1 cup is around 45g of carbs.
Other things you can add:
Cream of rice
Post workout Gatorade
big bowl of cereal
400 grams of carbs is easy
