So, is it easier to gain muscle and cut fat later or cut fat first then lean bulk? Looking for answers and experiences from people on this.

Personally, I think it's easier to cut than lean bulk. I don't struggle with cuts like I do hitting surplus on a clean diet.

It all depends what type of “help” you have in the process. If you’re doing it naturally bulk then cut is how to do it, but don’t go crazy unhealthy on the bulk diet and don’t go crash and burn on the cut diet bc you won’t be able to sustain it for 3-4 months it takes to do it well.
And idk your age, bu if you’re over 35 I wouldn’t advise bulking, it’s gonna be really hard to come off later when you realize you don’t need all that muscle any more. If you’re over 35 and relatively new to lifting/building in general and don’t want to compete, I’d just eat really clean and appreciate the cuts and tone you get from working out regularly.
