I’m not doing anything different. Eating the same, same daily routine. Feel sluggish. I started walking five miles a day and some stretching.

Any other advise?

Get testosterone checked and talk about it to your doctor. If there’s really no changes in anything but sudden weight gain and fatigue.

First, see your doctor. Fatigue and weight gain can be symptoms of a lot of things, and it's better to get a solid opinion with tests.

You're doing the right thing with exercise. It can only help you out, regardless of the underlying issue. If you haven't been exercising, adding some light exercise in is a very good thing.

Over what period of time? How long have you stayed at the increased weight? Have you been drinking?

If I drink heavy on a weekend I will put on about 7 lbs of water weight. Usually comes off over the course of the week as I get back into routine.

I’ve gained it over the last 4 months. I don’t drink. No habits have changed.
