Anyone have advice? Procedure went pretty easy on Friday, feeling like I could handle low weight high reps type stuff for upper body....I have to get up and do something, love the gym

Of course doctor said a week, but that ain’t happening

Well the next day I was on the tractor mowing and having a blast. Wife said my balls would blow up up but no deal...

Just went through this, I took a full week break. Went for first run after 2.5 weeks and could still feel it a little, but not enough to shut down. I think you can be back on the weights after a week.

I had my a couple weeks ago and am just really starting to get back into it, but I had a complication that set me back and my stitches are just not getting completely healed.

From what my doctor told me, 5 days and if you wanna be over safe...10 days.

You can do whatever you want you might just regret it later. Had mine done took a few days off with bags of peas no issues. Had a buddy of my get snipped went and played a few rounds of golfs said his shite had swollen up like grape fruit.
