And if you are hungry, just make sure to go not eat too far over what MFP has you at.

MFP has had at me at 2500ish calories a day to maintain. I always hit that, and sometimes I go 300-500 over.



^^^ thats my weight progress ever since ive started tracking it at the start of febraury. as you can see, the days that i go a little over dont effect it too much. just make sure you dont eat a big mac meal when youre already at your recomended calorie intake and you should be good lol. its about the overall trend, a couple days of eating a little over shouldnt be the end of the world.
