Talking like daily beer drinking. Anywhere from 2 or 3 some nights to heavier weekend drinking on a consistent basis.

Probably considerably. Beer is not a healthy choice of drink by any means. Doesn’t mean I don’t drink beer on occasion, but it should consumed moderately. That’s a lot of calories. Even if you drink Michelob Ultra at 95 calories per can. That’s an extra 285 calories per day at 3 cans per day with zero nutritional value other than carbs.

Hops are the female flowers of the hop plant and have high levels of phytoestrogen, or estrogen for plants.
Hops were historically used in herbal medicine pre-1500s to treat insomnia and as a source of phytoestrogen to help with menopause and endometriosis among women. Hops might have also been used to reduce sexual desire among monks, though it’s difficult to substantiate whether it really worked. Of course, we’ve all heard that when you’re too drunk, you can’t keep it up — and this is where the term “Brewer’s Droop” comes from.

From what I've read ( Healthline), beer raises your triglycerides level significantly. Triglycerides are counted in your total cholesterol; therefore, beer can affect your cholesterol level.
I learned this after my cholesterol was thirty points higher this year than last year. The only difference in my diet was I drank at least a beer a day most days last year but didn't really drink the year before.
