Home gym solution- rope pulls

Hey guys, wanted to maybe help some of yall out. The lady wildremily on Instagram came up with a great home gym DIY for rope pulls

Essentially she went to harbor freight and brought caster wheels with the rubber tires on them. She took the tire off and mounted them to her ceiling and ran a climbing rope through using the caster as a cheap XL pulley. She attaches KBs to the other end.
Could easily use chain to use multiple KBs or a loading pin. She gives the complete run down of materials needed.
She decided to do two caster wheels with angle iron between them to make sure the weight is away from here.
She has multiple videos of her doing different variations. I plan on doing a couple versions at my new house when its finally done.

That’s badass. I worry about my old garage roof (I know I know, drill into the studs - but my stud finder is hit or Miss) holding the weight but doesn’t look like it would take all that long to do.

Run a stringer across using a 2×12 and drill across 5 or so studs so you make sure you hit enough correctly to hold. Then attach the casters to that.
The setup she has opens up so many exercises that many can't afford or have space to get machines for.
