I'm looking for a solid hiit bodyweight routine for my wife. She is a complete and absolute beginner. Her goals are fat/weight loss and aesthetics. She is 5'1 116 lbs. Her target is 105lbs.
She'd like me to do this with her. I'm currently doing Phrak's variant of Greyskull LP, so I'd like a routine that would effectively replace my "homework" on my off days that hopefully wouldn't too negatively effect the required rest for Greyskull. Is something like that doable? If so can you recommend a routine?

Rules for you:
If doing strength sets, all sets need to be submaximal, not matter the exercise. similar to homework. needs to be well below failure.
if doing cardio, 12 min time cap. shorter and more intense is best.
Here are the links to my google drive folders
Bodyweight
gymnastics
finishers
kinobody bodyweight mastery
For her I would download the bodyweight fitness pro app. It has the reddit reccommended routine. Have her follow that for strength 3 days a week. she can do a 8 min finisher on those days.
on the other 2 or 3 days of the week have her do a finisher that has a time cap of 15min.
Also buy you some rings if she looks like she will stick to this. Because in 3-6 months that will be were she needs to progress too.

Why does she want to lose weight? 116 sounds about right to me.

She is not used to seeing the amount of body fat on her that she currently has. I've told her she looks great, but you know how that goes. She was ~105 before our baby, not even trying, that's just where she naturally was. Then of course she gained weight during her pregnancy. Then while breast feeding she got down to 95. Then when she stopped breast feeding, she gradually went up to 116 through this past year. I personally think shes just uncomfortable with how she looks comparatively speaking with how she looked not long ago.
