Help with body composition results

Hoping you guys can help me out. I have had three body composition analysis done. The last one was Saturday. I was extremely disappointed to see that I had only lost one pound. However, looking at the numbers maybe its because I have gained muscle. Does that look correct?
I work out 5 days a week doing a HIIT type of workout 3 days a week, kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu 3 nights a week.

Well the test shows you lost 4.6% of body fat percentage, a fat loss of 12.5 lbs and a fat free tissue mass of 11.6 lbs.
So you lost fat but gain fat free mass. I can 100% guarantee you didn't gain 10+ lbs of muscle so you were holding a lot more water this time. Overall your fat loss is prolly legit and what you should really be tracking along with strength.
Overall great progress and keep it up.

Thank you, so what would cause me to retain water?

Lol anything. Could have been what you ate the couple days prior, a hard workout etc. Don't worry about it as it is irrelevant. What matter is the reduction in bodyfat. Keep consistent with being in a caloric deficit and consistently get that number to go down and you will reach your goals.

Hopefully he gained some muscle. Regardless, in a month, cutting almost 5% bodyfat is a damn good result.
Especially because it's not the beginning of his road. That's a solid month. Whatever OP is doing, he should keep it up as long as he's hitting fat loss numbers like that.

Absolutely. He prolly gained very little muscle or stayed the same but who cares...cutting that much body fat is an impressive feat in itself.

If he maintains muscle mass while cutting...that's not an easy trick. Most people have a very hard time maintaining muscle mass while cutting.
