Years ago, I read Brain Fog Fix by Dr. Mike Dow. Here are some notes I took from that book:
Avoid junk food.
Avoid artificial sweeteners.
Avoid added sugar.
Reduce intake of omega-6 fats.
Increase intake of omega-3 fats.
Increase intake of turmeric.
Replace simple carbohydrates with complex carbohydrates.
Have a cup of black coffee in the morning.
Have a glass of red wine in the evening.
Reduce social media.
Increase social activities.
Reduce leisure activities that don’t stimulate the brain, like watching TV.
Increase leisure activities that do stimulate the brain, like reading and exercise.
Reduce negative thoughts.
Increase positive thoughts.
