Help avoiding foods with propylene glycol

Due to back to back rounds of a few antibiotics for various reasons, my gut bacteria is way the frick off and causing some issues. My doctor has prescribed Flagyl for 10 days and I'm continuing to take my probiotic (Florastor) to "reset" everything.
Unfortunately, while taking the Flagyl I have to avoid alcohol and products with propylene glycol. Apparently the shite is in EVERYTHING. The biggest offenders are ice cream, baked goods, salad dressings, etc. because it's used a flavoring agent and emulsifier/thickener.
I'm curious if anyone has dealt with having to avoid this before and if you have any suggestions for dealing with this. I've tried to find some comprehensive lists of food products with the ingredient (because it's not always listed) and it's tough.
TIA

Eat only meat, veggies, and fruit. None of those have PPG in them.

I figured that much. Was looking outside of that though.

Alcohol yes, but never heard of someone having to avoid propylene glycol while taking Flagyl. Did they say why?

It can apparently cause bad flushing and stomach distress. It was printed in the insert right next to avoiding alcohol, so it seemed like a pretty high priority deal.
All that aside, I had an allergic reaction to the Flagyl so they switched my meds.

Any salad dressing that has PG is also almost certainly going to have soybean or some similarly shitty processed Omega6-drenched oil as number 1 ingredient. Make your own dressings w olive or avocado oil or buy the ones that have those as first ingredient. High oleic sunflower too.
They're more expensive so I just load up during good sales.
My 2 pennies. And generally, yeah avoid processed foods. A simple whole diet devoid of grains is going to help you rebuild microbiome.
