What’s best way to deal with heat rash in groin area?
Started applying Lotrimin couple days ago and not working. Bad thing is I work all day in heat and basically stay wet with sweat all day.

Resinol ointment alternating with lotrimin
Gonna take several days. Not an overnight fix. I wish it was but it takes time for that antifungal to work
Could try tinactin as well.. sometimes you have to hit it harder with a more stubborn rash

Pretreat is a good preventative. Use powders or the two products already mentioned in the morning prior to sweating.

Baby powder just ain’t cutting it last couple months

Don’t use baby powder
Needs to be a medicated powder like gold bond, ammens, etc.
Also when you shower use a soap like Dial to wash the groin area.

Calmoseptine is the best I've found. If you apply in the morning it'll last all day.
