HDL Cholesterol High

Got labs back. Says my HDL was 72 which they mark as high. Searching around on the interweb today and found conflicting information about whether or not HDL could technically be 'high' as it's the good cholesterol. Haven't spoke to the doc yet.

They marked your HDL high? Or your total high?
Either way, that’s only part of the story. Need to know your LDL, VLDL, TG, and fasting glucose before we even start to come to an understanding.
