You wear tight clothes and it scans you and gives you all these body measurements. It’s super easy to use and pretty cool. I was feeling pretty good about myself before I saw my results.
Would the fact that I just got done eating a root beer float affect my results? This thing said my waist is 37.5 but I wear a 34 pant. Maybe I should try again in the morning.

Get a soft measuring tape from Amazon for $2 or walmart sewing section.
I have a few buds at work that thinks they have a 34" waist bc they can fit into size 34 pants and its not even close.
