Half Marathon training

Does anyone have a good schedule for a 6 week training for a half marathon? I run about 3-4 miles 4-5 times a week right now. Is this doable or not enough time? Planning for the Baton Rouge half marathon in March.

You’ll finish. Level of suck will depend upon your fitness level.
Just find some basic half marathon plan (Higdon novice or comparable) and jump in half way.

I’d pick a day of the week for your long run and go run 6. Then add a mile every week. Rest a few days before the race.
I have no training though. That’s just my plan.
ETA: I also rest the day before my long run and run 3-4 the other days.

How long have you been running
If you have been doing this for a long time, I would guess you could probably complete the half fairly comfortably. A half marathon is not particularly long, and I would think that 15-20 mpw of regular running would prepare your joints for the discomfort.

The main thing will be to get your long run up to around 10 miles at least. 6 weeks gives you just enough time to safely do that.
