Anyone else running today or tomorrow?
I’ve had the flu then an upper respiratory funk the past two weeks and haven’t trained in that time except for one 6.5 miler this past Sunday. This is going to be ugly. Running the half.

Sister race of Louisiana marathon. I believe you get a special medal if you do both.

Yup. But today was enough for me until Rock n Roll in 2/2020. 10 mph head wind the whole way was no bueno.

I was working way too hard for the pace I ran, but I successfully finished my first half.
