Just completed and am beyond pleased with results. However I did acquire a nutritionist which was very helpful but the program was very easy to follow and not at all monotonous.

Wanted to know what you guys with more knowledge thought of running it again back to back?

I'm very familiar with the GSLP, but what does the LCI consist of?

You will be fine run it indefinitely. Lci is a great way to structure your workout period.

I would look at supersetting the main lift work with pullups and rows. Also feel free to break the template on the circuits and create your own.

I posted the 60 day challenge that is based on the LCI program if you wanted to try that.

L...lift, focus on major compound move. Bench, Squat, DL, Press followed by circuut

C....circuit train between 2-4 movements

I. Interval training. Burpees, sprints, mainly HIIT cardio

Just started my first week after doing LP for a while. I’ve enjoyed the circuits.

So superset with pull-ups any and all four days of main lift work? Particularl number of reps?

If it's your first time running LCI, run it as laid out.

Is there a push-up/chin homework component to LCI like the LP?
