Gaining Strength and Overall Fitness - Help
I'm mid 20s, 6'2, 170lbs. PBF around 10%. Initially set out to bulk, but realized that my current situation doesn't lend itself to gaining based on timing of meals and how much I'm eating (gets expensive). I do make time for at least 4-5 workouts a week. Traditionally a runner/soccer player, and I miss being in damn good shape, but want to build lean muscle. Anyone have recs on workout programs? Should I look to HIIT? Traditional lifting + more cardio mixed in? Open to any suggestions. TIA.

Best gaining program I've ever used is Jacked Street by Power Athlete. It's a pay program, but it's worth it.
