I’ve run 4-5 of his programs. But right now I’m feeling like my chest, delts, and arms are lagging. In that order.

Would you guys suggest benchamin or arm farm? If benchamin, 1 or 2?

I also promised myself I’d start running a couple times a week because I hate running but I want to get better. Nothing long, just improve my mile time.

In the past ppsa volume has been doable and sometimes I barely made it through depending on the program. So I don’t wanna overdo it mixing the running and lifting.

Thoughts?

Which ones have you ran so far?

I just finished BF2 and it was ok, not my favorite. I really liked Brace Yourself It’s Coming (squatober prep). Some form of squats every session but plenty of chest and back work.

Currently two days in on 70’s big and my chest was sore AF from day 1. Looks to be a good one.

Others will have better advice

Hypertrophy, mullet, silverback, hoodie. Got 2 weeks into 70’s big And loved it. Then got sick. I think I didn’t sleep enough (newborn waking up) and then holidays kicked in.

Also considering pool season 1

I love all his programs, so I don’t think I’ll be disappointed, I just want to find one to fix my aesthetic imbalances and maybe run it for 8 weeks instead of 4 until we leave to Sicily for vacay.
