Foot Pain

Pain in the mid/outside foot when putting any weight on it. Had X-ray today that showed hallus valgus and bunion formation. Getting MRI also due to having connective tissue autoimmune disease. Anyone have experience with this and could share their experience with treatment or how you got relief?

Just worked through foot pain as a result of marathon training / worn out shoes. Mine was mainly due to tendonitis. Are you in a boot? If not, I would wear one for a week or so and see how that helps. If it does, then it's probably inflammation rather than a structural issue.
