I love hard boiled eggs with copious amounts of salt and pepper. I eat 4 every M-F morning. I'm usually not very hungry at lunch time. I have a 2-scoop protein shake for lunch most days.

change it up so you don't get sick on them... hard fried, runny, hard boiled, scrambled. When scrambling try to add in some low cal additions like onions or mushrooms... gotta keep it interesting
